Common questions

Why does a scan say the profile is private?

Private accounts can only be tracked if you follow them from the Instagram account you connected in the app.

I bought Pro but the app still shows the paywall.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't unlock, email the address above with the Apple receipt and I'll sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FollowSpy → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I delete my data?

Tracked handles and scan history are stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
